Mayor Newsom and Supervisors Aaron Peskin and Jake McGoldrick co-sponsored nonsense legislation that, if passed on the second vote (I believe its required to be voted on twice to become effective), would ban Walgreens, Rite Aid, and Long’s chain pharmacies from selling cigarettes while allowing other chain stores with pharmacies, like Safeway, to continue selling… Keep reading

Sad day for San Francisco Democrats.
