This past Wednesday, the San Francisco Department of the Environment set up a table at BayCrest Towers and handed residents their own 3 gallon compost buckets for their units (pictured below). UPDATE: Within a couple of days, this utility box was painted and the graffiti gone. Thank you to AT&T or DPW or ?? AT&T does not maintain the existing utility boxes that eat up public realm.
