Better Streets Plan Draft – Support Pedestrian Safety through Better Streets Designs

The Better Streets Plan Draft is now available for your review.
The plan lays out suggested designs for streetscapes in order to make them friendlier and safer for pedestrians, bicyclists, and, at the end of the day, drivers. Safer for drivers from the perspective that they will be less likely to go to prison for accidentally killing someone because they were driving too fast in downtown San Francisco, for example. As with all plans, this one has public meetings we need to attend to show our support (or dissent) for the plans.
Here are the upcoming public meetings listed on the SFBetterStreets.org web site:
