I’ve quickly pulled together all of the available public documents regarding the proposed project at 430 Main / 429 Beale along with action steps we can try in order to stop or to get a redesign of the project so that it represents the standards and intent of the Rincon Hill Plan in regards to spacing between structures, access to air and sunlight, maintaining usable open spaces with 45 degree angle openings to the sky (don’t block those for the BayCrest terraces and courtyard!!), and other issues that you and I can think of … please help! This is no time to be a spectator – be a good neighbor and help us impress upon the San Francisco Planning Commission at the
