BCDC Meets on Monday to Hear America’s Cup Plans

This is a good meeting to attend to hear the spin on plans to turn Rincon Point Open Water Basin into permanent marina after blocking views with super large yachts (100′ to 200′ long and 40′ tall and wide) during the America’s Cup event itself in 2013.

Meeting will be held at Port of San Francisco Office at Pier 1 and begins at 5:30 p.m. In the Embarcadero Room. It will move to the Pier Room at 6:30 to hear the AC 34 plans.

It is unfortunate that this meeting Is scheduled at the same time as the South Beach | Rincon | Mission Bay Neighborhood Association Meeting (6 p.m. At South Beach Harbor Services Building’s Community Room), but preserving that open water is more important to me personally this particular Monday.
