Crouching Spider Leaving Pier 14 at End of April

According to an article in the Examiner, Louise Bourgeois’ Crouching Spider sculpture that has been hanging around Pier 14 since the fall of 2007 will be leaving us by the end of April. A collector in Houston bought the sculpture for $6 million, according to the article. Possibility for next art installation? Bronze horses – can’t wait to see them.
