New Meeting Date 11/19/2012! 41 Tehama Street Project Design Open House

I’m sharing this meeting notice from Bob Tandler, who with his wife Valli (and operating as Fritzi Realty) owns the lot at 41 Tehama Street and hopes to develop the site into a residential building with 4,500 square feet of open space adjacent to the Transbay Redevelopment Project Area’s Oscar Park that they hope to integrate nicely with Oscar Park’s Beer Garden and so on (I’ll post a link to the Oscar Park Concept Designs as soon as I see them posted at http://www.sfredevelopment.org/index.aspx?page=49 ). I’m personally supportive of this project, knowing that Bob really cares about the community and he’s a San Franciscan … so many of the developers are based in cities far away from San Francisco and don’t really WANT to hear from the community other than what’s required on a checklist provided to them by the Planning Department. Take advantage of these opportunities to hear the plans and provide input BEFORE things move further along…

Monday, October 22ndMonday, November 19th from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Courtyard Marriott (2nd and Folsom Street) where we will be updating you on plans for our proposed development at 41 Tehama Street (between 1st and 2nd Streets) and you can:
– hear directly from us, Fritzi Realty, about our evolving plans for our site including the proposed design of the building and our 4,500 square feet of open space;
– learn about the plans to connect our open space with the City’s proposed Oscar Park and other public realm improvements;
– hear about other community benefits associated with our project.
We hope that you will join us. Our project is currently scheduled to go before the Planning Commission on November 29th.
