Open House for New Development at 41 Tehama Street
|November 13, 2011||Posted by jamie under Buildings, Meetings||
Bob Tandler from Fritzi Realty would like to invite neighbors to the first open house regarding the 41 Tehama Street project on November 30th from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at the Courtyard Marriott at 2nd and Folsom. This project hopes to provide a nice transition to the 1.4 acre Oscar Park that will be built between Folsom and Howard Streets under or near the Interstate 80 ramps (you’ll probably hear more about Oscar Park from the Redevelopment Agency in the spring of 2012 for community outreach meetings).
From the open house invitation:
Please join us for an informational open house on November 30th from 5:30 to 7:30 PM where we will be presenting plans for our proposed development at 41 Tehama Street (between 1st & 2nd) and you can:
• hear directly from us, Fritzi Realty, about our plans for this site;
• see a presentation by our architect, John Conley of Arquitectonica, on
the proposed design of the building and adjacent 4,500 s.f. plaza;
• learn about plans to connect our open space with the city’s adjacent
(soon-to-be built) Oscar Park and other public realm improvements.
We will have tables set up on each of these topics. Please join us when you can at anytime during this two hour open house, the first of a number of community discussions we will be holding over the next year.
Wednesday, November 30th from 5:30-7:30PM
Courtyard Marriott, 299 Second St. (at Folsom)
Lite refreshments will be served
Please RSVP to Bob Tandler, Fritzi Realty, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call him at (415) 771-0741 so we can order enough refreshments.
