Confirmed: Olympic Torch Coming Through Rincon Hill Neighborhood on the afternoon of April 9th

Hot off the Chronicle’s web site is confirmation that the Olympic Torch route will begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9th at McCovey Cove by AT&T Park and travel north through Rincon Hill along The Embarcadero for an hour and a half run up to Fisherman’s Wharf, briefly around the Marina, and back south to Justin Herman Plaza by Embarcadero Center and the Ferry Building. San Francisco is the only North American city that will host the Beijing Olympic Torch.
