Giants Games at AT&T Park, Starting Thursday, March 27th

Our San Francisco Giants baseball team’s home exhibition games start this Thursday. They’re playing the Seattle Mariners on Thursday at 7:15 p.m. and the Oakland (Fremont?!?) A’s on Friday at 7:15 p.m. (and again on Sunday at 12:35 p.m.). You can obtain tickets at Giants Dugout Stores (Four Embarcadero and AT&T Park) or online at www.tickets.com.

In case you haven’t already done so, be sure to pick up a pocket schedule (edit: Thank you SkyGuy for the link to the pocket schedule) of San Francisco Giants baseball games so that you’re fully aware of when vehicle and foot traffic on The Embarcadero and shopping/dining in South Beach, China Basin, and Mission Bay might be a lot more challenging than usual. We see some budget minded folks walking through Rincon Hill from the Embarcadero BART station, but we don’t otherwise notice a big change in traffic.

With any luck, I’ll get free tickets from my office to catch at least one of the Detroit Tigers games in mid-June.
