Could the weather be any more perfect than it has been the past few days? I’m afraid the weekend is going to cool down a bit, but there’s still plenty of reasons to get outside in San Francisco this weekend.

Friday

11am – 2:45pm 5th Annual San Francisco Trolley Dances – Mission Bay Branch Library, 960 Fourth Street (at Berry St.), www.epiphanydance.org

11am – 3pm. FREE Family Festival 2008 – Yerba Buena Gardens, Mission Street between 3rd and 4th Streets, featuring live entertainment, carousel rides, climbing wall, jump houses, games and activities, resource fair, and a chance to help build the City’s first Victory Garden Scarecrow. 11am – 5pm Red Bull Soapbox Race at Dolores Park, Dolores and 18th Streets, Mission neighborhood, San Francisco Read more about this event online

Sunday
11am – 4pm Target Family Day at Yerba Buena Gardens, visit the new Contemporary Jewish Museum, MoAD, SFMOMA, and Zeum for free as part of this day long family event in Yerba Buena Gardens. More information is available online.
