Embarcadero YMCA – Helping Youths to Lead Fulfilling Lives
|November 13, 2011||Posted by jamie under Health, Non-Profits||
We are very luck in the Rincon Hill neighborhood to have the good people of the Embarcadero YMCA there to help young, old, and everyone in between to live fulfilling, healthy lives and to feel like a part of our community. In order to continue doing this beneficial work for us all, they need to raise money through donations.
One of the most special programs with the biggest positive impacts for young people and our community is Youth Chance High School. Did you know there was a high school in our neighborhood?!? Please take 10 minutes of time to learn about the stories of some of the students who attended Youth Chance High School at the Embarcadero YMCA by watching the video below – and then consider donating what you can to help keep this wonderful program going.
As you consider donations to make before the end of the 2011 calendar year for tax deduction purposes, please consider a generous donation to help Heidi, Grace, and our other wonderful friends at the Embarcadero YMCA to help South of Market and San Francisco be a Strong Community!
