Rincon Point-South Beach CAC Agenda for May 21, 2007 Meeting
|May 16, 2007||Posted by jamie under Meetings||
I just received the agenda for the Rincon Point-South Beach CAC meeting happening this Monday at 5:00PM at the South Beach Harbor Services Building’s Community Room.
After attending the second half of the Port’s meeting this past Monday where they made it clear they want to ratchet up their income from around $4 million per year from the various sea wall lots to $20 million per year and that they intend to do that primarily through leveraging Seawall Lot 330 (the parking lot beside The Watermark condo high-rise, between Bryant and The Embarcadero) and the seawall area south of AT&T Park (I know it as Parking Lot A, along 3rd Street), I would like to know how they plan to make use of those two seawalls in particular.
Anyway…. here’s the Agenda:
1. Port of San Francisco Matters
a. On-street parking study update – Tina Olson
b. Public Trust legislation update – Brad Benson
c. Halloween event planning, Piers 30/32 – Elliot Riley
d. Cruise Terminal Advisory Panel update – John Doll
2. Caltrans Bay Bridge anchorage property at Bryant and Beale
3. Ballpark Matters
a. Update on All Star Game logistics – Captain Denis O’Leary
4. Matters not appearing on the Agenda
5. Public comment (Persons wishing to address the Members on Non-Agenda,
but CAC related matters).
Items listed above for discussion may include action by the CAC.
Opportunities for Public Comment are provided after CAC discussion of
each agenda item. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the CAC limits the amount of
time allocated for each speaker on particular issues to no more than 3 minutes.
