San Francisco Port Authority Pursuing Legislation to Remove Seawall Use Restrictions

There was a meeting on June 12th where the San Francisco Port Commission decided to forward a proposed bill lifting the Public Trust restrictions from nine seawall lots. The chief moneymakers include Parking Lot A by AT&T Park and the remainder of the seawall lot around Watermark at Bryant and The Embarcadero (which is already zoned by the City for two more structures, whether it be residential, office, or retail).
