South Beach / Rincon / Mission Bay Neighborhood Association Meeting on Monday, August 11th

While the Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association in on summer recess until September, the multi-neighborhood South Beach/Rincon/Mission Bay Neighborhood Association has its next meeting next Monday. The meeting is open to residents of South Beach, Rincon Hill, or Mission Bay. It will be held on August 11th from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the South Beach Harbor Services Building (between Pier 40 and AT&T Park).

On the agenda are Bob Davis, Executive Director of San Francisco’s Entertainment Commission, providing an update on the City’s plans for a potential Halloween Party on Parking Lot A behind AT&T Park. There will also be updates about Sunday Streets, The South Beach / Mission Bay / Rincon Hill Block Party, & A Taste of South Beach. They’ll also begin forming committees to tackle the issues most important to the members.

I’d suggest folks in Rincon Hill consider joining this organization in addition to the Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association. The more organizations we have to influence City Hall folks to provide us the services we want with our tax dollars (rather than those we don’t), the better for us all.
