Transbay CAC Meeting on Special Meeting Date
|November 13, 2011||Posted by jamie under Meetings, Transbay Transit Center||
The Transbay CAC is meeting this Wednesday (as opposed to the usual second Thursday of the month), November 16, 2011 starting at 5:30 p.m. at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, 701 Mission Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room. They have not held a meeting for quite some time, so this is a nice time to catch up with our friend Mike Grisso and company to learn the latest on Essex Street and Folsom Street streetscape improvements, the sale of blocks 6/7, the project schedule for the Rene Cazenavez Apartments at 25 Essex Street, and Oscar Park community outreach in 2012.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this meeting because I have a Rincon Hill Dog Park meeting scheduled at the same time … and then Heart of SoMa at Terra Gallery! Hopefully, Chris or Reed from our neighborhood who serve on the CAC will be there and may offer us any news worth sharing.
Here’s the agenda:
1. Recognition of a Quorum
2. Roll Call: CAC members
3. Report of the Chair
4. Recommend selection of a development team for Blocks 6/7. (Action Item)
5. Redevelopment Agency Report
A. Block 11A
B. Open Space and Streetscape Improvements
C. Transit Center District Plan
D. Status of Redevelopment
