Preparing for BART police shooting verdict

The Port sent out this information to its tenants along the Embarcadero, and it wouldn’t be a bad idea for all of us living/working near the Embarcadero and Ferry Building to digest it.  The Port’s information bulletin content is pasted between the ### marks …

The jury trial of former BART police officer Johannes Mehserle will soon conclude; and the verdict could be announced at any time.

The Port/City anticipates that regardless of the verdict reached by the jury, demonstrations and civil disobedience may occur, in the Civic Center and Embarcadero/Ferry Building areas of San Francisco.
