RHNA in the News

RHNA’s President, Vitaly Golomb, is quoted in the Sunday Examiner’s article about Rincon Hill’s condo construction delays.

It also sounds like Gabriel Metcalf of SPUR has the same thoughts on his mind as Commissioner Antonini from the Planning Commission about reevaluating the legitimacy of the SOMA Stabilization Fund fee that only applies to new projects built within the 14 blocks of the Planning Department’s Rincon Hill Area Plan. I’ll bring this up at Thursday’s Planning Commission Meeting public comments time, and although the meeting happens right in the middle of the work day, would encourage you to also become a squeaky wheel about this issue.
