2) Walesa Kanarek, Outreach Coordinator with the San Francisco Domestic Violence Agency – La Casa de las Madres. La Casa is San Francisco’s oldest domestic violence agency with the city’s only 24 hour shelter. 3) Jay Primus and Lisa Foster from the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority (SFMTA) will provide an introduction to the SFPark program. SFpark is a federally funded pilot project that aims to improve parking availability, reduce road congestion, and make our streets safer by testing innovative approaches to managing parking. You may have already noticed parking meters in Rincon Hill along the waterfront with multi-space meters .. those are parking meters operated by the Port of San Francisco and represent one facet of the program. Another facet of the test is to provide real-time information via mobile devices about street parking space availability.  Learn more at http://www.sfmta.com/cms/psfpark/sfparkindx.htm (45 minutes)
