Save the date! Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association Meets on Tuesday, October 14th

Stay tuned for meeting spot details, but please note now that on Tuesday, October 14th, the Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association will meet at 6 p.m.
With ballot measures that run from the letters A to V (22 in all), we’ve invited Egon Terplan, Policy Director for the non-partisan San Francisco Planning and Urban Research (SPUR) non-profit group, to discuss the measures with us. SPUR produces an excellent, well-written voter guide for San Francisco’s local elections, and I’m hoping that we might see an electronic copy of their guide for the November 4th election just before our meeting to help spur, so-to-speak, better discussion.
If you haven’t signed up for the Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association mailing list to receive full meeting details and other important updates regarding the Association, please do so now by visiting www.RinconHillNeighbors.org
As an aside, there are also 12 state propositions on the ballot. While we will not discuss those at the Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association meeting, you can attend the League of Women Voters Ballot Measure forum covering both State & City measures in the General Election on November 4th if you happen to be free in the middle of the day this Wednesday.
League of Women Voters Ballot Forum scheduled for:
Date: Wednesday, October 1 st
Time: 12 Noon
Location: 201 Turk Street Community Room
Hosted by: Tenant Associations Coalition and affiliates
Contact Number: (415) 339-8327
This event is open to the public, and seating will be provided on a first-come first-serve basis. Audience questions are encouraged.
Please let me know of other ballot measure and proposition forums, and I’ll be happy to share them with our neighbors on RinconHillSF.org as well. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
