South Beach/Rincon/Mission Bay Neighborhood Association Meets July 13th

If you have not already RSVP’d to attend the Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association’s meeting on July 7th at The Infinity’s Club Lounge, please do so ASAP as there will likely be a lot of interest in the goings-on of the Transbay Transit Center and Temporary Terminal. The Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association meets on the first Tuesday of each (okay, most) months.

The multi-neighborhood South Beach/Rincon/Mission Bay Neighborhood Association meets on the second Monday each month at the South Beach Harbor Services building. Their July 13th meeting will host President Theresa Sparks of the Police Commission. Learn about the process she and her colleagues worked through to choose George Gascon as our new SFPD chief. The meeting starts at 6pm.

I encourage folks to attend both meetings – the RHNA focuses on the Rincon Hill neighborhood while the SBRMBNA is a coalition of neighborhoods along the waterfront (Rincon Hill, South Beach, Mission Bay, South Park). It is a very nice feeling to recognize and stop and chat with neighbors you know when walking around our downtown streets, and it is because I see them and meet them at these meetings.
