How do you spell excitement? Notice of Intention to Sell Alcoholic Beverages

All kidding aside, I’m encouraged to get the Notice of Intention to Engage in the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control for 300 Spear Street because it is a sign of new businesses coming to the neighborhood. In this case, the applicant is Reroute LLC, and the “doing business as” name listed is Prospect. Looks like it’ll be a food services business (restaurant?).

I believe 300 Spear Street would be located at The Infinity. Perhaps this is Nancy Oakes’s restaurant – or another? Am I an oddball for getting excited to see a notice of a new business coming to the area? 🙂

Happy Friday!

  1. 300 Spear is indeed Infinity and Nancy’s Boulevard crew signed a lease to open a restaurant there. So, I’m guessing this is a great sign that they’re getting closer to opening. There were renderings of the interior on SFist or Curbed or one of those awhile back.
