Waterbar and Epic Roasthouse Open to Public this Tuesday!

I love that Pat Kuleto named this tree Manny. It is an almost 200-year-old Sevillano olive tree that he had transplated to our waterfront from Tehama County. Sitting between Waterbar and Epic Roasthouse (closest to Epic Roasthouse, as pictured in its finishing stages of preparations last weekend), Manny certainly provides a diverse sight among many imported palm trees that line The Embarcadero.
Anyway … the restaurants are doing private parties and events this weekend (I believe I heard some fireworks earlier this evening), but they are supposed to open to the rest of us folks this Tuesday.
Welcome to the Rincon Hill neighborhood!
