The multi-neighborhood group known as the South Beach/Rincon/Mission Bay Neighborhood Association meets on Monday with guest speaker John King from the San Francisco Chronicle and a representative from the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency.
The meeting is on Monday, August 10, 2009 at 6pm at the South Beach Harbor Services Building (between Pier 40 and AT&T Park).
I hope you’ve been reading John King’s articles in the Chronicle about
creative uses for vacant lots and possible relocation of Don Fisher’s
museum to the parcel at Bryant / Main / Embarcadero (seawall lot 330),
among other places. John will join us next Monday to talk about our
neighborhood and some of his ideas. Amy Neches, Project Manager at the
SF Redevelopment Agency, will also join us to express her opinions about
John’s suggestions. Should make for a great conversation!
Please join us next Monday in the community room of the South Beach
Harbor Services Building between AT&T Park and Pier 40 from 6 to 7 pm.
and let us know your thoughts and opinions for our neighborhood.
