In this developing pocket of San Francisco, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. Another such opportunity arises on Thursday at the Transbay CAC meeting at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts building (701 Mission Street at 3rd) on the 2nd floor at 5:30 p.m. It is ADA accessible.
Joshua Switzky from the Planning Department will discuss the ground aspects of the Transit District Plan. You can preview the presentation that he gave on September 17th at Golden Gate University upon which this presentation is based (likely a little more condensed due to time constraints). Also, please visit the Transit Center District web site for an overview and other presentations and documents from the project affecting the northwest corner of the Rincon Hill neighborhood.
I’ve been busy as ever at work lately, but I hope to attend this meeting – hope to see some of my neighbors there!
As an aside, the Temporary Terminal project fires up on November 1st.
