Interested in Neighborhood Meeting to See Transbay Design(s)?

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP

I have been contacted by a team member of at least one of the Transbay Design and Development (D&D) competition participants who asked if there would be an opportunity for a group of their design professionals who intimately know the proposed design to present their group’s Transbay Transit Center design to the Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association members within the next two weeks before the D&D jury provides its opinions to the Transbay JPA Board.

Sadly, I informed this person that there is no formal Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association at the moment – a missed opportunity for us. However, there may still be a meeting that occurs in the near future, and I would like to hear from those of you who would interested in attending to get a sense of how many folks I could tell this D&D participant to possibly expect if they set up a presentation.

So, if you would be interested or at least would be willing to pass along word to other neighbors in your building or nearby, please email me at RinconHill@gmail.com to let me know if you’re interested and/or how many contacts you have who live in Rincon Hill to whom you would pass the word along about a meeting.
