Bike Plan – Townsend and 5th Streets

For those of you interested in learning about the Bike Plan for Townsend and 5th Street, please visit my friend Jim Meko who chairs the Western SoMa Task Force. Their next meeting hosts the SF MTA to present the plans for Townsend and 5th Streets.

MTA’s last public meeting on the SoMa bike lane projects is tentatively scheduled for the morning of May 29th. The big decision is set for June 26th.
In case you didn’t attend the Rincon Hill Neighborhood Association meeting on Tuesday, May 5th or the South Beach/Rincon/Mission Bay Neighborhood Association meeting on May 11th, here is the 2nd Street bike lane project description.
